What can I expect after reaching out?

After receiving your contact form requesting services, I will respond as soon as I am able to schedule a complimentary 15 minute phone call.

If we are not a good fit or I do not have availability at the time you reach out, I will provide you with at least two referrals of other providers I trust and recommend.

I do not hold a waitlist.

What can I expect when working with you? 

I work from a humanistic point of view. As my client, we will work together on your therapeutic journey using a foundation of knowledge, respect, authenticity and humor. My intention is to provide insight and tools for you to heal and celebrate that whole self by exploring the ways your emotions, thoughts and behaviors affect you. 

In our sessions, we will hold space for introspection as well as the use of research-based practical techniques. I believe that the best therapeutic tool is the therapeutic tool that works for you!

Therapy Modality

I am DBT and RODBT informed in my work. We will use many coping skills as well as pose big questions and understanding of self. I also love incorporating somatic techniques to help get you our of your head and into your body.
